You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. During the cooling-off period, you can return a purchase without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties, other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods. With regards to fairness to ourselves and future clients, the return policy only stands if the goods are returned in an untainted and undamaged condition. Delivery to Malta is a 5€ flat fee whilst for Gozo it is a 10€ Flat Fee. For international delivery please send us an email prior to the order so we can confirm delivery cost.
